What do I need to do if an account holder has passed away?

Please let us know if an ENSTROGA customer has passed away. We will do all we can to help you to organize everything.
Please send us the following information:

Your information

Who will be taking responsibility for the account?

What will happen with property?

Please attach the available documents:

- Death Certificate (mandatory)
- Grant of probate (If available)
- Will (If available)
- Letter of administration (If available)

We will contact the responsible person to inform him/her about the account status and the next steps. We will send you an email that you can reply with a copy of the death certificate.
